Welcome to Signature Travel Credits, a service offered exclusively to verified investors of Signature Capital. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website, travel services, concierge offerings, and any content, tools, or platforms associated with Signature Travel Credits. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.

1. Eligibility

Our services are available only to individuals 18 years of age or older who have an active investment relationship with Signature Capital or have been granted access by our team. By using this site, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.

2. Nature of Service

Signature Travel Credits is a lifestyle benefit platform that allows qualifying investors to receive travel credits — equivalent to a percentage of their capital investment — for use on curated travel services including but not limited to:

  • Villas and hotel stays

  • Commercial and private flights

  • Luxury car rentals and transportation

  • Yacht and boat charters

  • Exclusive experiences, dining, and events

All services are subject to availability, concierge approval, and applicable policies from third-party providers.

3. Travel Credits Policy

3.1 Allocation and Redemption

Travel credits are issued based on the amount invested in qualifying Signature Capital offerings. Credits are granted at the sole discretion of Signature Capital and may vary by campaign, program, or investor status.

Credits:

  • Are non-transferable

  • Have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash

  • May be used only through Signature-approved booking channels

  • Are subject to expiration dates, typically 12–24 months after issuance

3.2 Booking and Confirmation

To redeem credits, you must contact your assigned concierge or use the authorized booking platform. Travel is not guaranteed until confirmation is received in writing. Some services may require advance notice, minimum spend, or additional verification.

4. Third-Party Providers

Signature Travel Credits partners with various third-party vendors to deliver travel and lifestyle services. While we curate and vet our partners, we do not own or control most third-party services.

We are not responsible for:

  • Changes, delays, or cancellations by third-party vendors

  • Acts of God, weather, illness, or travel restrictions

  • Service quality or individual experiences once booked

All users agree to the terms and conditions of each provider involved in their booking.

5. User Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and updated personal and investment information

  • Refrain from using the platform for unlawful or fraudulent purposes

  • Treat Signature staff and travel partners with respect and professionalism

Abuse of the platform, misuse of travel credits, or violation of any term herein may result in the suspension or termination of access to Signature Travel Credits and forfeiture of unused credits.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including design, branding, text, images, and software — is the property of Signature Capital or its affiliates. No portion may be copied, distributed, or reused without express written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Signature Travel Credits and its affiliates disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits, data, or use.

Our total liability under these Terms shall not exceed the value of the travel credits allocated to the individual in question.

8. Privacy and Data Use

Use of our services is governed by our Privacy Policy, which details how we collect, store, and use your information. By using the platform, you consent to the processing of your data in accordance with that policy.

9. Modification of Terms

We may update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Signature Travel Credits at our discretion, particularly in cases of policy violations, suspected fraud, or misuse of services. Upon termination, unused travel credits may be forfeited.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
